Yogini Jani

Yogini is a Consultant Pharmacist in Medication Safety at UCLH NHS Foundation Trust and Director of the UCLH-UCL Centre for Medicines Optimisation Research and Education. She is also a Health Foundation Improvement Science Fellow and Honorary Senior Lecturer at UCL School of Pharmacy and an Honorary Research Associate in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Imperial College London.
