Sarah Griffiths

Sarah is the lead pharmacist in stroke at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, leading the pharmacy service to the stroke multidisciplinary team across the stroke pathway. She is a non-medical prescriber with an interest in secondary prevention of stroke.
