Justine Tomlinson

Justine is a Pharmacy Doctoral Training Fellow at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and the University of Bradford. Her PhD focusses on optimising post-discharge medicines-related care for older people living with frailty and long term conditions.
