Hannah Stonehouse

Hannah is a Senior Clinical Pharmacist for Elderly Care at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. She is an independent prescriber with an interest in frailty and pharmacy education, as well as an associate teacher in Clinical Pharmacy at Sunderland University and a pre-registration tutor.
