Fernando Fuertes

Fernando is the lead pharmacist for the pharmacy immunosuppressive monitoring clinic and clinical lead of the EPMA implementation project at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He is a member of UKCPA and guest lecturer for the postgraduate diploma at University of Bradford.
